Auction | Program | Inspirational Story
Susan G. Komen Oregon and SW Washington are excited to invite you to Happy Hour for the Cure (changed this year from Lunch for the Cure) on October 7. This event brings together business and community leaders who understand the importance of investing in saving lives and creating a world without breast cancer. Our goal is to raise $345,000 to ensure continued investment in the four pillars of our work: research, care, community, and action.
This year, the Happy Hour for the Cure will be free and virtual to ensure our community remains safe and healthy; the event will be hosted by K103’s Janine Wolf.
Join us for a virtual cocktail, participate in our online auction, and hear Keynote speaker, Tai Harden-Moore’s inspirational story. Tai will share her cancer journey, which began during law school in 2011 and at age 31 with two children under six. What happens in her journey will amaze you.
