Ambassador Board

We are excited to share our newest group of advocates at Komen Oregon and SW Washington – The Ambassador Board! The Ambassador Board is a group of young professionals, from every walk of life, who came together because they have a desire to support their community and/or have been affected by breast cancer.

They are ready to stand up to support the fight – Komen’s mission and priorities. They act as advocates, increase awareness of the work we do every day, and help drive our fundraising efforts to continue to build on our progress. Their enthusiasm, commitment and talent will inspire a new generation of leaders, who are together, tougher than breast cancer. They want to use their savvy to make an impact where the incidence rate is 63 diagnosed each week, and at least 4 will be under the age of 40.

Members of the Ambassador Board will learn more about Komen and non-profits in general, and become wonderful, prospective board members of Susan G. Komen Oregon and SW Washington and other organizations. Please welcome them!
